This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Ambica Automobiles Platform.

Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Items

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team immediately. The request would be entertained once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has checked and determined the same at its own end.

Product Not as Described

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Warranty Claims

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them directly as per the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.

Refund Process

Refund Approval

In case of any refunds approved by Ambica Automobiles, it will take 1 day (24 hours) for the refund to be processed to you.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase:

• Credit/Debit Card payments will be refunded to the same card
• UPI payments will be refunded to the same UPI ID
• Net Banking payments will be refunded to the same bank account
• Cash on Delivery refunds will be processed via bank transfer

Return Process

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it
• Unused and in original packaging
• In the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase
• Returned within the specified time period

Return Shipping

For eligible returns, we will provide a return shipping label or arrange for pickup. Return shipping costs may be covered by us for defective or incorrect items.
